Made with the 3/8" gold plated Gator head charm. The key chain is approx 1-1/4"x3/4" not including the ring which is about 1". Add any sterling silver or gold plated less than 5/8" charm to a key chain. Just order the charm of your choice and then go to the Accessories section and pick the key chain you prefer.
